Rococo Home & Design LLC thanks you for your interest in our line of Furniture, Gifts, and Accessories. Please note that our products are available to the trade only. As members of the trade you have exclusive access to our product line. New customers are requested to visit our showrooms or trade shows to open an account - a valid sales tax identification, current banking information, and three active trade references are required. We ask that you review our Terms and Conditions page on Ordering, Shipping and Damages Claim procedures. Terms and Conditions:

Pricing Structure:
   •Stocking Dealer (SD) - $5000 buy-in, required annually
   •Non Stocking Dealer (NSD) - No order minimum required (must buy in case quantities)

All opening orders are pre-paid. For your convenience – we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. After the initial opening order - Net 30 Terms may be available on 
approved credit. Terms can be established by providing:
    •    A valid sales tax identification
    •    Bank information
    •    Minimum of three trade references is required

Approval of credit will take approximately 4 weeks. Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Past due invoices will be charged an annual finance charge of 18 percent.

Please Note:

    •    We ship Furniture and Accessories with common carriers - by the pallet only.
    •    We only ship pillows by UPS or FedEx.
    •    Oversized and fragile items are shipped on shrink-wrapped pallets.
    •    All items are shipped in case packs – we do not break case packs.
    •    Customers may arrange shipping with their own freight accounts for pickup from our warehouse.
All orders are shipped by pallet, case pack only.  We use common carriers only. We shop for quotes from all freight companies to ensure the customer is paying the best rate. Freight is sent COLLECT. Customers may arrange for pickup of their order from our Chattanooga, TN warehouse. Most orders are shipped within 12 to 14 weeks. All items that are not shipped are automatically backordered. Backorders of $1500 or more are shipped as soon as they become available. All shipments are FOB – Chattanooga, TN. Orders are shipped using common carrier. Unless specified by customer, Rococo Home & Design LLC will designate a carrier.

All damages or defective items must be reported within 10 days from receipt of invoice.  Shipments with visible freight damage should be claimed with the carrier. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
